CLI: using the -load command doesn't work for COLMAP files

Description

The -load command with a COLMAP file will return an error.

Tested also for the Bundler file and the project was opened.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a new RS project
  2. Use the -load command in the console view for a COLMAP file
Workaround
Open the file using the UI.
