MP4 file causing export hang

There is something specific to this MP4 file that prevents media from being exported. When it is included in a project file, Twinmotion sticks on 'Estimated time left computing' on export and must be force closed.

1. In a new project file, create a video material using the provided MP4. (it does not need to be applied to an object)
2. Create a new image and attempt to export
3. TM hangs on 'Estimated time left computing'
