Note visibility issues in 2025.1.1

1. Place Notes in new 2025.1.1 file
2. Create media and adjust Note visibility
3. Save and reopen the project file

Result:

• Notes are not properly displayed in thumbnails
• Hidden notes have visible text boxes in media
• The NoteTextWidget is hidden in the main scene (seen reopening the file when hiding the note and saving in Media Mode)
