Crash in UPCGComponent::CleanupLocalImmediate(bool,bool) on file load

Description

Reported in SF [Link Removed]

User has a file that will crash at launch consistently. Crash report indicates the problem is with PCG content inside the file.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the client file from [Link Removed]
  2. Open the file in TM 2025.1.1

Result: File will crash during loading
