Incorrect first frame in video exported while media plays in Viewport

Incorrect first frame in video exported while media plays in Viewport

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create 2 distinct videos 
  2. While playing video 1 in the Viewport, export video 2

Result: The first frame of the export will be from video 1, the remaining frames are correct
