Steps to Reproduce

Create a PP material with blendable location Before Tonemapping selected
Feed a SceneTexture-PostProcessInput0 into Emissive Color input
Apply this PP material to a PP volume and put it into level with a unbound board
Switching between SM5 and ES31 preview mode
See the viewport has different brightness value
Fixing the Exposure in viewport, no difference while switching between the two preview mode
