The imported metadata is prepend with "FBX." so we can easily know if a metadata was imported or created in the editor.
Import a fbx skeletalmesh containing some metadata.
Change the metada value in the dcc and re-export the fbx
re-import the new fbx
RESULT: The old fbx metadata is restored
EXPECTED: The new metadata is apply
