Nameclash error when importing skeletal mesh

The attached FBX file is getting a nameclash error when imported.  This content is licensee content please delete after using.

This issue is NOT occurring at 4.25.4 Binary @ CL 14818863

FBXImport: FBX Scene Loading: Found texture name clash, name clash can be wrongly reassign at reimport , texture 'FemaleFitA_Body_diffuse' was renamed 'FemaleFitA_Body_diffuse_ncl1_1' 

1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached FBX
3. On the FBX Import Options screen select Import All
   Result
   Nameclash warnings and files are renamed
   Expected
   No nameclash warnings
