If you add a comment to an Event graph Blueprint and change the comment color, the bubble should not change colors unless the Color Bubble detail is checked.
I have included photos to better show what is occurring.
1) Open a new template project with starter content enabled.
2) When the project opens, navigate to the Blueprints folder in the Content Browser
3) Double click and open any blueprint. (If there is no Blueprints, Create a new actor Blueprint)
4) Go to the Event Graph of the Blueprint
5) Right click in the graph area and create a new comment
6) Once the new comment is in the Event Graph, make sure is highlighted so you can change the details.
7) Change the Comment Color to something besides white.
8) Be sure that the Color Bubble checkbox is unchecked.
9) You may have to zoom out to see the comment bubble appear on top of the comment section.
Head over to the existing Questions & Answers thread and let us know what's up.
