Pasting a section always adds a row regardless if there is space for the section on the current row

1. Create a level sequence
2. Add an audio track with an audio section
3. Select the section and copy it. (make sure either the section is selected or the track, when you're pasting)
4. Scrub to a time after the section ends, Paste the audio section into that track

RESULT: A new row is created for the pasted audio section

EXPECTED: The audio section should get pasted to the same row because there is space for it.
