When building for iOS on PC, if the remote mac only has a distribution provision and a distribution build is being created, then the build will fail to sign as we automatically sign the initial stub with the development provision and not the distribution provision.
1. Ensure there are no provisions on the remote mac builder
2. Open the editor with Tappy Chicken
3. File|Package a distribution build
4. Note failure to sign when it makes the stub
