Groom/hair "exploding" in multiplayer mode (PIE Listen Server + 2 Players)

Steps to Reproduce

Download the licensee repro from UDN - [Link Removed]

  1. Open HairExplosion project
  2. Open ThirdPersonExampleMap
  3. Set PIE to "Listen Server" and number of players to 2
  4. Click play.

Hair on the animal character will look blurred and expanded.
