Cine Camera Actor drop downs missing from details panel

The Lens, Color Grading, Global Illumination, Reflections, and Rendering Features  sections in the Cine Camera Actor Details panel are missing their drop down buttons.

This issue is occurring in //UE5/Release-5.0-EarlyAccess Binary CL 16433597

This issue is NOT occurring in //UE4/Release-4.26 Binary CL 14469661

1. Open UE5 Editor
2. From the Create Menu add a Cine Camera Actor into the viewport
3. Select the camera and navigate to the details panel

Result

The Lens, Color Grading, Global Illumination, Reflections, and Rendering Features section are missing the drop down button to expand the section

**Drop down buttons are present to expand the sections
