High res screenshots are only supported in Editor and standalone versions of the engine.
When you attempt to take screenshot in a packaged project with the Console Command 'HighResShot 2'. This command works in editor but not in a packaged project.
Issue with packaging in Main CL# 2482603
1) Open a new template project
2) When the project opens, package the project for Win 64
3) Find the location that the project was packaged
4) Double click the .exe file to open the project
5) Once open, press the tilde key to open the console commands
6) Enter 'HighResShot 2'
7) The Editor will freeze for a second and no screen shot will be taken
