The get data table row function is not exposed to python

I would like to be able to do the following blueprint code in python.

The getDataTableRow function is not exposed to python. 
Engine\Source\Editor\BlueprintGraph\Private\K2Node_GetDataTableRow.cpp

1. Open an unreal project
2. Enable "Python Editor Script Plugin"
3. In project settings, in the python section, tick "Developer Mode"
4. Restart the project
5. Open folder /Intermediate/PythonStub of your project
6. Open the unreal.py file, look for unreal.DataTableFunctionLibrary functions or search for a function that ends with "_row(". This get_data_table_row function is not in the stub.
