This appears to only be an issue in Mobile Preview. Tests on a mobile device showed touch to work correctly.

Description

If the user presses down and drags off screen without lifting their finger/releasing mouse button then the "Get Input Touch State" node does not return false (for the Is Currently pressed pin). It continues to read as true until the screen is touched/clicked again

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Open level blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint shown in the attached image
  4. Play with mobile preview
  5. Click and drag until your mouse is off screen
  6. Notice that the Is Currently pressed does NOT return false once the mouse leaves the window
