Color Picker changes Hex Value when manually entered

In the Material Instance, the color picker will change the color when typing in the Hex Value.
                              
IMPACT:                  
Incorrect color selection through manual Hex Code input
  
WORKAROUND:
Do not use the Hex options

1.  Open the QAGame Editor
2.  Open MaterialInstanceConstant'/Game/Characters/Player/Male/Male_Avg_Heads/M_Avg_Head_Head1/Materials/BlueEye.BlueEye'
3.  Open Color Picker Advanced Options on Iris Color 1
4.  Copy the Hex Value (CTRL-C)
5.  Enter 000000 into the Hex Value
6.  Paste (CTRL-V) over the 000000
  
RESULTS:
001244FF appears after pasting 0C4D8CFF
 
EXPECTED:
0C4D8CFF should paste and stay
