Description

This problem tends to appear in the southern hemisphere of spherical objects.
It is not reproduced in 4.19.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable Clear coat bottom normal in the project settings.
  2. Create a material with two different textures for Bottom normal and Normal.
  3. Check the material preview to make sure the reflections are correct.
