In a State Machine, deleting a state and hitting undo causes any transitions that were attached to that state to become broken. They appear as the circular transition node icons, but aren't connected to anything.
1. Create project based on the First Person Template
2. Find the FirstPerson_AnimBlueprint
3. Open it
4. Select the AnimGraph and double click the state machine
5. Select the FPP_JumpEnd state
6. Hit Delete
7. Hit Ctrl+Z
Result: State comes back, but transitions are not connected. Instead the transition nodes are off on their own and have no wires that they are associated with.
