Combo Box (String) does not work when applied to a 3D widget

Users are not able to get the drop down menu to show up when the combo box is applied to a 3D Widget (World Space)

1. Open Editor
2. Create a New widget blueprint
   Right click content browser > User interface > Widget Blueprint
3. Create a new actor blueprint
4. Open actor blueprint
5. Add a scene component via the Components panel in the viewport tab
6. Add a widget component via the Components panel in the viewport tab
7. Set the widget component's widget class to the New widget blueprint that was created
8. Compile and Save
9. Open the new widget blueprint
10. Add a combo box (string) to the designer graph
11. Add 3 element to the combo box via the detail panel
12. Place 1, 2, 3, in the elements
13. Compile and save
14. Add the new actor to the level
15. Play in Editor  UPDATE: This now occurs only in Packaged Project
16. Press Shift+F1 (to show mouse)
17. Try and click the combo box (String)
18. Notice that nothing happens and that you can't click the combo box
