If a blueprint has "Simulate Physics" active on a component, it will not render when running standalone game.
1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Create new blueprint (type actor)
3. Add a static mesh component to viewport
4. In details pane, set "Simulate Physics" to true
5. Compile, Save, Close blueprint
6. Place copy of blueprint in level
7. Go to play dropdown menu, select "Standalone Game"
