The World Outliner doesn't refresh after Seamless Travel. Enabling any of the View Options will refresh the list to properly show the actors in the current level.
Reproduced in 4.7.6 binary and Main (//depot/UE4/Promotable-CL-2522625)
1. Open any project
2. Save the level
3. Create a new Empty level named TransitionMap
4. Project Settings > Maps & Modes > set the newly created TransitionMap
5. Project Settings > Maps & Modes > set default GameMode
6. In the GameMode's Class Defaults, enable Use Seamless Travel
7. Create a new Default level
8. Save the level
9. PIE
10. Enter Console Command "ServerTravel MapName" where "MapName" is the first level saved
Result:
The World Outliner shows all the Actors from the level traveled from as deleted actors and does not show any of the actors from the level traveled to.
