Description

The screen may turn black if the user attempts to resize the window, the window may not update fully causing a clipping graph look (see attached image) and the user cannot stop simulating without closing the editor. This happens when a user clicks on a node in a widget and then presses the F9 key. After this if the user clicks PIE the error will occur.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
    Right click content browser > User interface > Widget Blueprint
  3. Open the new widget blueprint
  4. Add an image to the designer graph
  5. Open the event graph
  6. Create the blueprint in the attached image (the none clipped image)
  7. Click on the set visibility node
  8. Press F9
  9. Compile and save
  10. Open the level blueprint
  11. Add the widget to the viewport
    Event begin play > Create widget > Select the new widget blueprint > Add to viewport
  12. Click Play in Editor (This should send you to the widget event graph)
  13. Notice that you can't click the stop button or hit escape to end PIE
  14. Notice that the there is a graphical error as shown in the other attached image
  15. Notice the window is resized that almost everything becomes solid black
