Adding a new layer will shuffle previously named layers

1. Create a new level sequence
2. Add an object to it.
3. Add an additive Transform section so that there are two. Rename the two transform track rows to something distinctive, it. Transform1, Transform2. Set a few keyframes on each so you can tell which one is which.
4. Click on +Section additive on the first transform track row (ie. Transform1)

RESULT: The names of the existing rows with their corresponding sections should persist.
