Adding a widget to the designer tab will cause all animations to pop back to frame zero regardless of the position of the scrub bar

If the user adds another widget to the designer tab any animations that are available will pop back into what ever setting they have at frame zero regardless of the position of the scrub bar.

1. Open the Editor
2. Create a new Widget blueprint
   Right click the content browser > User Interface > Widget blueprint
3. Open the new Widget blueprint
4. Add a button to the designer tab
5. Create a new animation timeline
6. Click the auto key button to turn on Auto key framing
7. Set the button's x position to 0 via the details panel
8. Move the Scrub bar to 3 seconds
9. Set the button's x position to 1820
10. Add a button to the designer tab
11. Notice the button jumped back to the left side of the screen even though at 3 seconds it should be on the right
