Description

Morphing target flickers when switching between complex targets. This occurs when global illumination is set to Lumen. Per talk with analyst, it greatly improves when using SSR or None instead of Lumen. It also improves when turning VSM off.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project or create a new project with a complex morph target
  2. Go to Project Settings > Dynamic Global Illumination Method and change to Lumen
  3. Go to Project Settings >Shadow Map Method and change to Virtual Shadow Maps
  4. Set morph target value to something other than zero
  5. PIE
  6. Observe morph target

Actual Result: The mesh flickers slightly while morphing into its other form
*Expected Result: *Morph target reshapes as expected but does not flicker while morphing,
