Description

Enabling HZBOcclusion while Lumen and Hardware Ray Tracing are enabled triggers a crash.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Execute the command r.HZBOcclusion 1
  2. Create then open a new Blueprint Actor

Expected Results:
Blueprint Actor opens to the view port

Actual Results:
The Editor crashes with an assertion:
