When executing the 'execute console command' with 'sg.ResolutionQuality 25' the engine scalability settings are at 6%. When you set the 'sg.ResolutionQuality 50' the engine scalability settings are at 25%. This seems to be inconsistent with what it's displaying.
Also, manually switching the engine scalability goes between 25% and 100%
1. Create a new project
2. Open the blueprint level
3. Add in 'Event begin play' and 'execute console command'
4. Connect these two nodes
5. Enter 'sg.ResolutionQuality 25' into the execute console command
6. Compile the blueprint
7. PIE the game
8. Look at the Engine Scalability Settings under the Settings drop-down, it'll display 6% resolution
9. Switch 'sg.ResolutionQuality 25' to '50'
10. Run PIE
11. Look at the Engine Scalability Settings which will now display 25%
