Lumen doesn't update when the World Origin Location is changed.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project and ensure the Demo level is loaded
  2. Change View Mode in the viewport to Lumen Overview
  3. Execute the console command r.Lumen.Visualize.CardPlacement 1
  4. Place the 'BP_WorldOriginChanger' into the scene(changes the World Origin during construction)

Expected Results:

Lumen scene should update according to the new world origin to match the geometry correctly

Actual Results:
Lumen Scene and Surface Cache cards don't update to match the new World Origin, the lighting on surfaces is incorrect
