Description

A Movable Point Light placed in the center of a field of foliage meshes will render shadows only at certain heights and going above those heights will cause the shadows to completely disappear.

Also Reproduced in Main Promotable-CL-2564509 & Releases/4.8/Promoted-CL-2560772

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame Editor
  2. Remove the Light Source, Atmospheric Fog and Skybox from Level
  3. Add the Editor Cube (from Engine Content) to the Foliage Painter
  4. Place a Movable Point Light in the level at (0,0,200)
  5. Using a 50% Density and a Min and Max Z-Offset of 50, paint the cube in the level
  6. Move the point light to (0,0,110)

RESULTS: The Foliage shadows will not pop in until you reach 110 in Z Height

EXPECTED: Shadows should be present and change no matter the point light height.
