Importing an FBX to the editor on Linux with "Generate Lightmap UVs" checked to true will override UV Channel 0 rather than creating the lightmap on a seperate UV channel.
1. Download attached FBX
2. Open UE4Editor
3. Drag FBX file into content browser to import
4. Check "Generate Lightmap UVs"
5. Double click on FBX in content browser to open editor
6. Click dropdown for UV Channel
Result:
UV Channel 0 is the only available channel
Expected:
Material applied on UV Channel 0 and Lightmap applied on UV Channel 1
