If a user has a list of components with a hierarchy, the hierarchy is lost in the target location if they copy the components to another blueprint.
1. Create a new project
2. Create 2 new blueprints of the Actor type
3. Add multiple components to New blueprint #1 and make some of the components children of other components (Click and drag them ontop of each other)
4. Select all of the components (Ctrl-click each, or shift click the first then the last) and press Ctrl-C to copy them all
5. Open the 2nd blueprint and paste (Ctrl-V) the components into this blueprint's component field.
Result: Components are pasted without any of the hierarchy sustained
Expected: The hierarchy should remain after the components are pasted
