Description

Curves with Auto tangents settings are imported correctly.
test_aaa_AutoTangents.fbx

Steps to Reproduce

Import the attached test_aaa_SplineTangents.fbx with Sequencer.
When you check the Curve Editor, it is not imported correctly.
