Android safezone is not updated if orientation goes between LandscapeLeft and LandscapeRight

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Uses the "SafeZoneBugDemoMini.zip" sample project
  2. Package an android package and install it on an Android device.
  3. Change the orientation from landscape left to landscape right and see the safe zone area.

It seems because the FAndroidWindow::OnWindowOrientationChanged returns false in this case.
