One possible repro (but is possibly outdated) can be found in [Link Removed]. 

Steps to Reproduce

Use the migration tool to migrate an asset over a read only file.

I was migrating an asset from another project to mine [Link Removed]

 

With 2 instances of UE 5.1 running two different projects, I initiated the migration of an Input Mapping Context named IMC_Default from one to the other, by right clicking the asset in the Content Drawer, selecting "Asset Actions", then "Migrate". The UE instance that crashed was the instance I was migrating the asset from. The instance of UE receiving the migrated asset did not crash but did not receive the asset. [Link Removed]
