GroupActors Lose All Property Values on Duplicate/Copy-Paste in Editor

Description

Duplicating a Group (whether through Alt-Dragging or copy/pasting) does not carry over any property set in the source Group actors to the duplicated ones. Additionally, with Alt-Dragging, the duplicated group does not follow the axis they are duplicating on. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project in a level editor, sample Third Person project for instance
  2. Change to Local Space gizmos
  3. Multi-select a few actors
  4. Group them
  5. Rotate them
  6. Alt Drag on any translation axis
  7. Observe that duplicated group does not follow axis we're duplicating along
