Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame Editor
  2. Select the Light Source and Enable Light Shafts
  3. Add an unbound Post Process Volume
  4. Adjust Screen Percentage to 75%

RESULTS: Light Shafts are rendered in a sharp cone

EXPECTED: Light Shafts retain the softness from 100%
