Description

The new auto-convex collision generated (V-HACD) will not work properly with some meshes to generate accurate collision.

Using a rounded single piece mesh the accuracy setting will not work at all no matter if it's set to 1.0 or 0.0 there will be no change, only a single collision hull will be generated. (This mesh is attached and easily reproducible) Using the SM_Rock (starter content) results in multiple hulls being generated depending on accuracy that is set.

Video attached to demonstrate both.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4
2. Import attached mesh (SM_Rounded)
3. Open in Static Mesh Editor
4. Change to Wireframe mode to easily see generated collision
5. Use the Auto Convex collision tab and set the accuracy to 0 and hit APPLY
6. Now Use the Auto Convex Collision tab and set the accuracy to 1.0 and hit APPLY

Results: Accuracy has no effect with this type of mesh. There will only be a single collision hull generated.

Expected: Using a higher accuracy should result in more collision hulls being generated to represent a more accurate mesh shape.
