Description

Regression: Strata is new in UE5/Release-5.1, but recreating this on a normal material renders the same colors, so regression is no.

According to a user the material is supposed to be rendering Blue, Red, and Black for the material, although in both Strata and normal materials the colors are Blue, Green, and Black. There is also a flickering white ring in 5.1 on the Strata material that does not appear on normal materials.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable Strata Materials in Project Settings
  2. Create a new Material
  3. Create a Camera Vector WS node
  4. Multiply the output of the Camera Vector WS node by -1 with a Multiply node
  5. Create a Strata Unlit BSDF node
  6. Connect the output of the Multiply node to the EmissiveColor of the Strata Unlit BSDF node
  7. Connect the output of the Strata Unlit BSDF node to Front Material

Actual Result: Material renders as Blue, Green, and Black with white flickering occurring

Expected Result: Material should render Blue, Red, and Black with no flickering
