Description

SCS added components pasted from an actor instance in the level editor cannot be deleted from the target Blueprint because the component template has the RF_ArchetypeObject flag.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Add an actor to the level
  • Add a StaticMeshComponent to the actor instance via the details panel/instance subobject editor
  • Copy the static mesh component
  • Paste the static mesh component onto a Blueprint's root component using the BP editor's subobject editor and compile
  • Note that the pasted component has the RF_ArchetypeObject flag and can't be deleted from the hierarchy
