Spotlight is rendered in different locations in each eye w. Vulkan on Quest

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Unzip and launch [Link Removed] from Drive (default VR template w. spotlight attached to left motioncontroller)
  2. Launch on Oculus Quest
  3. Teleport close to a wall, and point the spotlight towards it

Results: The spotlight is rendered in different locations in each eye

Expected: The spotlight is rendered in the same location in each eye
