Comments with line wrap cannot be edited within the Blueprint Editor

Any comment over the allowed number of letters in a line cannot be seen therefore, cannot be edited.

1. Open a new blueprint template
2. Open the Blueprint Editor
3. Add a very long sentence to the comment field

Result: The line continues to be typed but it's not see
Expected: The line wrap should occur forming the second sentence

I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
