Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-179714)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new level sequence
Create another level sequence and add it as a subsequence to the first
Right click on the subsequence and set the timecode source to 00:00:00:15 (ie. 15 frames)
Move the subsequence somewhere along the timeline
Run Snap Sections to Timeline using Source Timecode from the gear icon

EXPECTED: The subsequence should snap to frame 15.
