When hovering over tooltips, the windows pop up at a very small, unreadable size.
1. Open up Content Examples project
2. Open up the UMG Map
3. Go to Section 1.2
4. Click on the button and hover
Expected: A regular sized tooltip window appears
Results: A very tiny tool tip appears, unreadable
