Copy pasting a group of actors that contain references between each other to another level will break

Steps to Reproduce

To repro:

  • Have a BP actor that has both a hard and soft reference to another actor in the level.
  • Copy (ctrl+c).
  • Open a different level and paste (ctrl+v).
  • References will be broken.
