Clicking on Render Movie will re-add default settings like .Jpg Sequence

1. Create a new Level Sequence
2. Click the Render Movie button in the Sequencer to add the sequence to the Movie Render Queue
3. Click on the settings in the Movie Render Queue and delete the jpg module, and click Accept
4. Click the Render Movie button on the Sequencer again

RESULT: When you go back to the settings for the sequence in the Movie Render Queue, the jpg module will have been re-added.

EXPECTED: jpg should not be re-added
