Description

When Switching the curve editor to cubic interpolations for example moving the blue handles will not change the curve. However, if a third point is add this function works as intended from the 2 point to the third point.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a button
  4. Add a new animation time line
  5. Add a key from with the button at 0 for the x position
    Click the little box button with an 'x' symbol over it in the details panel to add a key frame for the corresponding value.
  6. Move the the time line scrubber to 1.5 seconds
  7. Move the button
  8. Add a new key frame
  9. Move the the time line scrubber to 3 seconds
  10. Move the button
  11. Add a new key frame
  12. Click curve editor on the animation timeline
  13. Select Cubic Interpolation
  14. Select the last key from (at 3 seconds)
    and try to move the handle between the second key frame (at 1.5 seconds) and the last key frame in order to adjust the curve
  15. Notice the line moves along with the angle of the handle as it is moved
  16. Select the second key frame
  17. Try to move the handle between the first key from and the second key frame
  18. Notice that the line does not adjust to reflect the angle of the handle

Expected: The line between the first and second key from should change to reflect the angle of the handle used to adjust the curve of the time line
Result: The line does not change between the first and second key frame
