When opening a new IK rig, the window that prompts the user to select a skeletal mesh does not open immediately. However, a skeletal mesh can still be selected in the details panel in the IK window.
Does not reproduce in the following:
//UE5/Release-5.1 CL 2390901
//UE5/Release-5.0 CL 20979098

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open blank UE5.2 Preview 2 project with third person template
2. Create a blank IK rig in content browser (Animation > IK Rig > IK Rig)
3. Open newly created IK Rig.
