User has reported that access to the console window is locked when using this setup.
1. Open FPS or Third person template
2. In the Character BP's event graph add the setup from attached image "EventGraph.png"
3. PIE/Standalone
4. Hit the ` key to bring up the console window
Results: The console window is locked and cannot be brought up using this setup.
Expected: Should have access to the console window.
