Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-188183)

Description

Unreal Trace Server does not start with unreal editor. If unreal insights is run it will start.

Steps to Reproduce

Close any open unreal insights or editor sessions.
In activity Manager make sure not Unreal Trace Server processes are running - if they are force quit them.
Open Unreal Editor

Expected: The Unreal Trace Server process is run
Actual: Unreal Trace Server does not start

Opening Unreal Editor on Mac does not start the Unreal Trace Server.
